Nokia provide a 25-month warranty on new handsets. Any handset repairs that are covered under warranty are free-of-charge (feel free to email us the IMEI number to check).
Most handsets are repaired in house and we aim for a 48 hour turnaround for handsets sent to us. If we have to send it away for higher level repair we have to allow 7 days for it to come back to us. All handsets have software upgrades as part of the warranty procedure so everything on the phone will be wiped.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any fault that has occurred due to physical or liquid damage.
Cracked LCDs are not covered under the warranty but we can quote you a price for repair.
Liquid damage voids the warranty and so we will not be able to repair these.
Cosmetic damage does not void the warranty but it is not covered under the warranty – if you wish we can quote you a price on refurbishing the handset.
Phones that are examined and found to be "out of warranty", will be be subject to a £15 return fee to cover post and examination. If you do not wish to pay this, then the phone can be recycled free of charge.
