Nokia provide a 24-month warranty on new handsets or 6-month warranty on accessories such as batteries. The manufacturers warranty does not cover any fault that has occurred due to physical or liquid damage. Some examples of non-warranty faults include moisture damage, smashed LCD screens, damaged power switches or security lock codes.
Where possible, you are able to visit us in-store for WHILE YOU WAIT repairs.
As an authorised level 1 & 2 Nokia accredited service centre, 90% of warranty repairs are carried out on site. If we are unable to repair your phone on site it may be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. The average turnaround time for phones returned to Nokia is 2 weeks.
