Send Us Your Phone
To take advantage of Westcom’s Nokia mobile phone repair service please follow the instructions below:
  • Back up the phone book memory and any data on the handset as we cannot guarantee this will be saved.
  • Take out your Sim Card and Memory Card and retain these.   
  • Obtain proof of postage (Free of Charge) from the Post Office when sending the handset.
  • Ensure the phone is packaged suitable to protect the phone 
  • Send the handset, your contact details and Proof of Purchase (if you have it) to Westcom Nokia Warranty Centre:

We will use reasonable efforts to repair your Nokia mobile phone on site within 48 hours, where possible. In the event of repair or software upgrade, we cannot guarantee that your user settings will be saved.

 

Phones that have been subject to water damage are not covered by the Nokia warranty. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for faults caused by the use of non Nokia approved hardware, software or repairs.

 

Should we be unable to repair your Nokia phone, we can arrange for your handset to be repaired at a central facility. This service takes approximately 10 working days. In this occurrence, we may be able to offer you a loan phone.
